Established in 2012, Noble Rey Brewing Co. is the brainchild of founder and sometimes brewer, Chris Rigoulot. Noble Rey is a unique and forward thinking brew pub that opened Oct. 1, 2015 with six core beers.
Today the year-round and seasonal beer selection include thirteen beers with new small batch beers being created every few weeks to be sold exclusively in the brewery taproom.
Thanks to local support Noble Rey is now carried in stores, restaurants and bars throughout the DFW area and soon to be Houston, TX.
A second taproom was opened in the Dallas Farmers Market November 2016 and carries exclusively Noble Rey draft and canned beers as well as merchandise.
